4 Hours Per Week, including 1 hour with our Tour Coach
Fitness / Athletic Development:
3 Hours Per week
Age- appropriate strength, coordination, speed, agility, and injury prevention focus
This combination provides technical depth, exposure to elite-level coaching and continuity over the training block.
